FIELD OF ACTIVITY The technical cooperation measure is part of the German-Tunisian reform partnership, which aims to improve the banking and finance sector, public finances and investment promotion. The aim of this measure is to strengthen the reform capacities of selected partner institutions. The measure consists of four fields of action: strengthening the capacities of the Ministry of Development, Investment and International Cooperation for improved donor coordination, strengthening the Tunisian investment agency and other investment agencies for the successful support of investment projects, improving the structures, processes and human resource management of the Tunisian central bank and Establishment of a temporary advisory fund to strengthen the capacities of reform-relevant actors.
YOUR TASKS 1. Guaranteeing the knowledge management of the project in coordination with other projects 2. Assurance of public relations, preparation of public relations materials as well as support in the area of the use of social media 3. Support in the planning, implementation and follow-up of workshops and events 4. Participation in the cross-cluster monitoring and communication working group 5. Ensuring impact monitoring and reporting 6. Advising employees and partners on establishing and implementing impact monitoring

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB |
YOUR PROFILE 1. Master's degree in economics, social sciences or in other relevant subjects 2. Several years of professional experience in public relations, including the preparation of reports and publications (preferably in the context of German development cooperation) 3. Several years of experience in the field of impact monitoring 4. sound experience in knowledge management 5. Experience with capacity development approaches and organizational development is an advantage 6. Regional experience in North Africa is an advantage 7. very good IT skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills 8. Business fluent German and very good French
