| MAIN JOB DESCRIPTION |
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. The Junior Financial Controller is responsible for accurate and complete bookkeeping in Exact. He/she will perform checks and controls on suspense accounts in Exact.
2. He/she will work in close cooperation with the Accounting Administrators and the Financial Controller to have an up to date accounting system. We expect this person to be hands-on and make journals in Exact directly.
3. The Junior Financial controller will also play an important role in the different types of reporting, like the DNB reporting and Annual report.
4. We expect the Junior Financial Controller to work independently on the above tasks, but also in close cooperation with other departments such as Social Performance Innovation, Communications, Investments and the external auditor.
5. Next to this, the Junior Financial Controller works on monthly closing activities, which contains; overall checks on suspense accounts, closing eFront, Titan and Exact for the period, LLP, equity valuations, Hedge accounting, etc.
6. The Junior Financial Controller is expected to play an important role in upcoming projects (Change Initiatives) that affect the Financial Accounting unit. This will always be done in close cooperation with the Financial Controller and the Financial Control & Accounting Manager.

| REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB |
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Master degree in Accounting or Business Administration
2. At least 2 years' experience as a Junior Financial Controller
3. Experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable
4. Computer literacy, especially in Word and Excel
5. Fluency in English
