Continental Global Ltd, a fast growing outsourcing, consulting solutions company in Lagos, Nigeria required the service of successful Clients Relationship Officer to fill the vacant position.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Reach out to customers leads through cold calling
2. Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
3. Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
4. Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
5. Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
Skills:
1. Clients Relationship Officer skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs.
2. Good Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network
3. Proficient in Ms word
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills
5. Attention to details
6. Tactful

| REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB |
1. OND/HND/BSC in any related field of studies.
