JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is a luxury 5-star Restaurant located in Lagos, with years’ of experience in the hospitality industry in Nigeria. They currently have an opening for a Bartender (x4) to be based in Lagos.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
2. Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
3. Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
4. Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
5. Plan and present bar menu
6. Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
7. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
8. Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
9. Comply with all food and beverage regulations

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB

1. Minimum of 3years proven working experience as a bartender
2. Have genuine passion for all thing drinks
3. Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
4. Computer literacy
5. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
6. Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
7. Relevant training certificate
