OUR CLIENT
Our Client, a Global Manufacturing company seeks to employ an experienced assistant manager to assist in the overall development, performance and maintenance of the organization's activities to obtain the maximum efficiency, quality, service and profitability for the organization

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Plan, coordinate and direct business operations to ensure the achievement of company revenue goals and documentation of expenses
2. Develop, outline and implement strategies to increase the profitability of company products and services
3. Develop and initiate strategies to maintain employee productivity, evaluate performance and improve the quality of products and services
4. Train, guide and mentor employees and evaluate their performance and productivity in completing their job duties
5. Participate in the development and preparation of the strategy and general business planning of the organization as a whole
6. Assist line managers in achieving maximum customer satisfaction in accordance with organization plans
7. Ensure efficient running of the organization
8. Assist in supporting all departments
9. Delegate authority and responsibility to team with supervision, accountability and review
10. Set an example for team members of commitment, organization and process expertise, work ethics and habits and personal character
11. Adhere to all organization policies and procedure
12. Responsibly use resources and control expenses to comply with budgetary controls
13. Maintain overall organization for performing all duties in compliance with related legal/statutory regulations, professional duties, responsibilities and obligations
14. Contribute to plans for the organization’s progress and growth
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB
1. Degree in business administration or similar
2. Great interpersonal and communication skills
3. Strong problem-solving abilities
4. Good observational skills
5. An ability to deliver constructive criticism
6. Computer literate and basic math skills
7. An ability to identify weakness and provide coaching where necessary
8. Proven ability to coach and develop others
9. Leadership skills
10. Ability in process and customer/supplier relationship management
11. Ability to work under pressure
