Under the general administrative authority of the Country Manager and in consultation with the Administration and Finance Unit at Headquarters, the Administrative and Financial Officer will, inter alia, implement administrative services, including accounting and budgeting, human resources activities
Under the supervision of the Chairman ERERA, the incumbent shall ensure jointly with the other members, the regulation of cross-border electricity exchanges, in accordance with the provisions of Community texts.
The Staff will be integrated into the Directorate’s work flow, delivering targeted technical inputs on a need driven basis, informed by an agreed Work Plan developed in close collaboration with the Directorate.
Contributing to the development of transport infrastructure and the sector as a whole, including strengthening and maintaining the Bank Group
Provide direct support to management, facilitating efficient operations of the team through meeting preparation and moderation, minute-taking and workflow coordination
To provide technical support to the Private Sector Engagement Unit for the coordination of the various activities of the projects and programs in a view to ensuring their successful implementation.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work together with partners, to catalyze and scale transformative innovations creating unlikely partnerships to span sectors and geographies.
Plan, develop and implement strategic policies while promoting inter- directorate/department collaboration and provide technical and strategic advice to the Secretary General and to the AfCFTA Institutions.
To provide strategic direction and leadership in managing the Division of Strategic Planning, Resource Mobilization & Partnerships in order to achieve the AfCFTA Secretariat’s strategic objectives and mandate.
